#Repost @daily.dose ・・・ It is easy to understand how you can under-estimate the people or companies you are up against. ✧ For one thing, you have thought of a new idea that makes you special. ✧ For another, it is simply natural for you to want to over-estimate how hard it is going to be for someone to replicate what you have. ✧ But while all this is natural, it flies in the face or reality. ✧ The universe is filled with people who are willing to work as hard as you do. (No, not everyone does, but all it takes is one competitor to put a serious dent in what you have.) ✧ And not only can they move as fast as you do, since you have paved the way, they may be able to move a touch faster than you did. ✧ So what does this mean for you? ✧ Given all this, what should you do to stay ahead of your competition. ✧ I know this flies in the face of what we have have all been taught, but I think it means you must ONLY play to your strengths and find ways to have others offset your weaknesses. ✧ Sure, you could get better at some of the stuff you are bad at, but you won’t be as good as those who are great at it, and remember our whole premise here is trying to figure out how to stave off folks who we have to assume are already 10s, on a scale of one to 10. ✧ Making a weakness less of a weakness is simply not as good at being the best you possibly can be at something. @powerhousejd πŸ‘ˆπŸΌπŸ‘ˆπŸΌπŸ‘ˆπŸΌ (Tag em) via Instagram http://ift.tt/1JYRJln
